After you have finished registering your information, you will be directed to a secure site for payment options,

and the link  to register with the Florida Drivers License database.

The following  information  will be the address where the pets are located and the best ways to contact you.

Please list your Contacts here in order of  preference.

We recommend the following:

• Listing people that have access to your home such as your neighbors, close family members and friends and petsitter.

• Giving your list of contacts the name and phone numbers of your Veterinarian, kennel and petsitter.

• If using a petsitter or Veterinarian as a main contact, be sure to make financial arrangements in advance with them.

• Make arrangements in advance with all listed people for whatever responsibilities they have agreed to undertake.

• Make sure they understand who PetsGuardian is so they will accept the contact from our organization.

• Under the comments box please let us know any information you might think may be pertinent such as your contact being hard of hearing or whatever else you wish us to know.
